Jim Hecker is the owner and operator of Enck’s Plus Catering located in Lancaster, PA. Jim is coming with over twenty years of experience in the catering industry. Prior to catering, he worked in sales. He learned a lot during his time in sales, which has now benefited him as a business owner. Jim has a passion for creating an atmosphere where people feel heard and valued. Where the food is not only exceptional, but the service is also fun and uplifting.
Jim’s love for food and service started at a young age. He spent many years in the restaurant industry, learning the ins and outs of what makes a successful business. He understands the importance of hard work and dedication. Jim’s goal is to have customers leaving with a satisfied palate and a smile on their face.

Jim prides himself on being a family man. He and his wife, Cindy, have three beautiful children. Jim enjoys spending time with his grandson, Jayden, and is looking forward to welcoming another grand baby into the mix this August. He understands the importance of making events memorable and enjoys helping families do that through his catering role.
