If you're planning a wedding, you have certainly got a lot on your plate, and we’re not just talking about catering. Pun intended… One of the biggest decisions you have to make is going to be the venue. If you are like most brides-to-be then you want your wedding to be enchanting, romantic, picturesque, poignant and memorable. It also, however, needs to be appropriate, accessible and feasible. Often the first question you may ask, Is the venue affordable for the budget you have set? You also have to make considerations for the number of guests you will have and if the venue will be able to hold that many. Is the venue going to be the location for the ceremony and reception being able to handle both, or will the wedding venue be just for the reception while the ceremony is held somewhere else? Does the venue have space for and allow for whatever kind of catering services you plan to provide for your guests? Is the venue a rain or shine kind of spot where everything can go off without a hitch? While the list of concerns and questions can go on forever, we, the folks at Enck’s Plus Catering, believe we can make some educated suggestions. We have been catering weddings for decades and have some solid recommendations for venues within the service areas we work. While we are experts on catering and making your wedding delicious for you and all your guests, we suggest you do further diligence into our recommendations so you can feel comfortable with whatever venue you decide to use.
